Alpine Après Ski

Transforming a large-scale corporate Christmas event into a fully immersive Alpine experience for 900 guests. Log cabin styling creates the atmosphere of a luxury mountain resort, setting the tone for a light-hearted après ski celebration built around hearty, warming mountain-inspired cuisine. A beautifully styled dessert grazing table provides a centrepiece of sweet treats designed for visual impact and guest interaction — high-volume event catering without any compromise on creativity or quality.

Live Breakfast Egg Station

The Sands team regularly delivers interactive breakfast experiences built around live egg cooking stations, designed to energise guests and create a personalised start to the day. Guests build their own omelettes from a wide selection of fresh ingredients cooked to order, alongside scrambled and fried eggs prepared exactly as they like them. An extensive range of hot and cold extras ensures something for every taste — efficiency and theatre combined.

Hot Asian Broth Bowl Station

Our Asian broth bowl concept brings bold flavours and customisation together in a fresh, healthy, and interactive experience. Guests build their own bowls from noodles, fresh vegetables, and a choice of proteins — shredded beef, chicken, tofu, salmon, king prawns, dumplings, or boiled eggs — finished with a rich, aromatic hot broth. A dynamic, street-food-inspired service that delivers both comfort and genuine excitement.

Pancake & Waffle Experience

For a large-scale Pancake Day event serving up to 1,000 guests, the Sands team created a high-impact experience balancing speed, quality, and visual appeal. Live cooking stations delivered the theatre, while pre-prepared pancakes kept service fast and seamless. Sweet self-service toppings and savoury filled options gave guests real choice — a fun, highly shareable experience that held its quality at scale.

American Smokehouse Carvery

Built around low-and-slow meat cookery, this experience centres on melt-in-the-mouth beef brisket, smoky BBQ pulled pork, and juicy flavour-packed chicken, served alongside hot indulgent sides, fresh salads, and an unapologetically indulgent dessert. Thoughtful vegetarian and vegan options are developed with the same care as the centrepiece dishes. A relaxed, crowd-pleasing format with real theatre and something genuinely for everyone.
