Current Foundations, Future Priorities

Responsible business runs across environment, people, social impact and governance. Here are the current foundations, and where we are heading next.

Sustainability That Actually Happens

Every caterer talks about sustainability; we would rather show you. We work with specialists to track and reduce our impact on food waste, used cooking oil and delivery emissions, and report progress annually.

Food Waste: ReFood Partnership

Giving Food Waste Another Use

Food waste is one of catering's biggest challenges. We partner with ReFood, the UK's leading food waste recycler, to track and reduce ours.

Why It Matters: Food waste in landfill creates methane. Through ReFood, ours becomes renewable energy and fertiliser instead.

Food waste from our kitchens is separated and collected

ReFood processes it through anaerobic digestion into renewable energy and bio-fertiliser

We receive volume tracking data, so reduction targets rest on real measurement

Used Cooking Oil: Thames Valley Oil

Turning Used Oil Into Renewable Biofuel

Used cooking oil is a waste stream, and a resource handled properly. We partner with Thames Valley Oil to convert all of ours into renewable biofuel.

Why It Matters: Improperly disposed oil damages drainage and pollutes waterways. Ours becomes renewable energy, a real contribution to the circular economy.

Processed into biofuel, a renewable alternative to fossil fuels

Nothing wasted or poured away, with a documented chain of custody from kitchen to biofuel

Fleet Emissions: Samsara

Using Data to Make Deliveries Smarter

Deliveries mean emissions. Rather than guess at our footprint, we monitor it with Samsara across our vehicles.

Without measurement, sustainability claims are guesswork. Samsara gives us the data to actually reduce our delivery footprint.

Emissions monitoring across our delivery fleet

Route optimisation to reduce unnecessary mileage and idle time

Driver behaviour insights that reduce fuel consumption

Measurable carbon data to inform improvement decisions

Ethical Supplier Sourcing

Choosing Suppliers With Care

Sustainability extends beyond our kitchen. Our suppliers and their practices shape our overall impact.

Supplier vetting on ethical practices, sustainability commitments and responsible sourcing

Long-term relationships built on shared values, not lowest price

UK and regional suppliers prioritised where possible, cutting transport emissions and supporting regional economies

Ongoing review of supplier practices as standards evolve

Our clients need more than good intentions. They need actions they can understand, evidence they can share and a partner that is continuing to improve.

Food waste kept out of landfill and put to another use
Used cooking oil collected and converted into renewable biofuel
Fleet data used to manage mileage, idling and emissions
Documented activity that can support tender and ESG reporting

Evidence for Procurement and Tenders

Policies, certifications and supporting documents should be easy to find when you need them. Our main Responsible Business page brings together our Sustainability Policy, certifications, Modern Slavery Policy and other procurement information.
